The Whitestown Metropolitain Police Department would like to thank the Central Indiana Police Foundation for their donation of chest seals for all of their officers to carry in the field. Chest seals are used for deep puncture wounds to the chest, neck, and abdomen and play a critical role in triage first aid for these types of injuries.
