Two people are in custody in connection to a road rage shooting. The incident happened on I-65 in Whitestown on July 3rd, leaving a semi driver critically injured. On Thursday, police arrested a 44-year-old James Brown of Indianapolis as the person who shot into a semi with a firearm, striking the driver resulting in serious bodily injury. He's charged with attempted homicide, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness and pointing a firearm. 44 of Indianapolis is also facing charges including Aggravated Battery Level 3 Felony, Criminal Recklessness Level 5 Felony, and Reckless Driving Class C Misdemeanor.
