Terry Rex Jones, 67, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born June 7, 1957, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a son of the late Tompie K. Jones and Clara Lou (Aldridge) Jones.
On December 24, 1982, he was married to JoEllen “Jody” (Thayer) Jones in Oklahoma City. They had shared 42 loving years together.
He graduated from Yukon High School in Oklahoma in 1971 and earned an Associate of Science degree from Elkin Institute of Oklahoma. Terry worked 28 years as a commercial transport truck driver.
Terry was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lebanon 2062. He enjoyed making homemade wine mead.
Survivors include his wife, Jody Jones; daughters, Virginia M. (Nathan) Minnick of Napoleon, Ohio and Audra V. Jones of Lebanon; and grandchildren, Catlyne (Brad) Debildt of Virginia, and Ashlynn Minnick of Napoleon, Ohio.

Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
