A tornado ripped through parts of Delaware and Randolph Counties late Thursday. Winchester was hit on the town's south side -- leveling several homes and even a Taco Bell restaurant. Indiana-Michigan Power says at least 10-thousand customers were without power at one point. Governor Holcomb has activated Indiana Task Force 1 to help search for missing loved ones.
