Ruthanna Elaine Brissey, 61, from Crawfordsville, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon. Ruthanna was born to Boyd Lemon and Elaine McClure in 1963. She was married to Steven Brissey and had three children, Seth Brissey, Sarah Peyton, and Kayla Brissey; she also had five grandkids, Alec (Whitney) Brissey, Samuel Cox, Sydney Cox, Laynee Robbins, and Jayce Robbins and one great grandkid, Jett Brissey and a niece and nephew. She later lived with David Blackford and resided in Lebanon, IN. Ruthanna loved to watch movies, play BINGO, loved to laugh and she was very smart when it came to politics. She worked at Premiere Video and Goodwill for many years. She loved her children as much as she knew how! She graduated from high school in 1995 after dropping out to have her 1st child! She will be forever loved and forever missed! Ruthanna was preceded in death by both parents, her siblings, a nephew and her beloved rottweiler, Angel Joy Brissey.
