Day 2 of practice for the 108th Indianapolis 500 was supposed to start at 10:00 yesterday morning, but when rain was still a factor, cars didn't get rolling until 3:05 in the afternoon. And with rain coming back cutting practice short an hour, it was Team Penske's Scott McLaughlin on top of the speed charts with a top speed of 229.493 mph. His Penske teammate, Will Power was second, followed by Colton Herta, defending 500 champion Josef Newgarden, and Alexander Rossi rounding out the top 5. Two-time 500 champion, Takuma Sato was the fastest with a no-tow speed of 221.219 mph. Other notables on the speed chart, Sonsio Grand Prix winner, Alex Palou finished 8th while NASCAR Champion, Kyle Larson finished 15th. Drivers at the bottom included Sting Ray Robb, Katherine Legge, rookie Nolan Siegel, Santino Ferrucci, and Agustin Canapino being the slowest with a 221.628.
