Excitement is in the air as SubDaze, LLC opens its doors at 640 S Main Street S-300 in Zionsville’s South Village the week of November 18. Taking over the space previously occupied by Sub 16, this locally owned sub shop promises to bring the community fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully crafted sandwiches in an inviting, family-friendly environment. SubDaze is the latest venture from Donny and Kas Miller, local entrepreneurs known for launching Fundae’s Ice Cream & Sweets in 2018. SubDaze’s journey has been fueled by a strong partnership with Boone EDC, who awarded the Millers a microloan to help bring their dream to fruition. The Millers credit the Boone EDC with providing invaluable support for small businesses, citing its commitment to community-focused growth and local entrepreneurship.
