Amy Mullens comes to the Community Schools of Frankfort as their new Assistant Director of Exceptional Needs. With 24 years of experience in special education, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and positivity to the team. She is an expert in special education law and an experienced IEP trainer who has successfully supervised occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, and services for the visually impaired.
