Marcia Lee, 74, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Wednesday night, September 27, 2023, at Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness. She was born in Lebanon, on May 15, 1949, a daughter of the late Charles E. and Anna (Vail) Neal. She was united in marriage to William “Willie” Lee; he preceded her in death. Marcia worked as the head of the frozen foods department at Kroger for over 36 years. She was a loving wife, sister, and aunt. She enjoyed traveling and was an excellent bowler as well as a life member of the VFW in Lebanon. Marcia loved her animals, especially her dog, Frannie. Survivors include: Brother: Kevin E. (Lisa) Neal of Lebanon; Sisters: Sherry Spurling of Lafayette, and Pamela (Rex) Boone of Kirklin. Several Nieces and Nephews In addition to her parents and her husband, Marcia was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Charles Neal and a sister, Sue Emmert. She will be laid to rest at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown, Indiana. Myers Mortuary in Lebanon has been entrusted with her arrangements. Memorials may be made in her honor to the Boone County Cancer Society.
