Lebanon Utilities has a current sewer lining project throughout the City of Lebanon. The contractor performing this work is Insituform (formally Miller Pipeline). If the contractor is going to be working in your area, they will leave a door notice 24-48 hrs. before work. If they are working in your area, you may experience a smell or “smoke” from your drains/toilets. This can occur when the traps are not filled with water. It is recommended to flush your toilets and turn on your faucet to ensure the trap is filled.
