The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane and crossover restrictions coming to U.S. 52 near Colfax at the intersections of Manson Colfax Road and Hickory Road. Beginning on or after Monday, August 19, crews will close the left lane of U.S. 52 at these intersections, as well as restrict traffic at Manson Colfax and Hickory Roads to right in-and-out turns only. Traffic can then proceed onto U.S. 52 and make a U-turn at the next crossover to get back on to the impacted roadway. Crews will be adding turn lanes at these intersections during the closures. Work is expected to last until early November but is weather permitting and subject to change. INDOT encourages all drivers to use caution while driving through the construction zone on U.S. 52 and to seek an alternate route around the crossovers during the closure.
