The Indiana Department of Transportation announces temporary lane closures that will impact U.S. 52 (Sagamore Parkway) westbound between Lafayette and West Lafayette over the Wabash River. Beginning on or after Tuesday, Sept. 3, crews will close individual lanes over the river to do bridge maintenance and repairs. Work will take place during the day, with both lanes to be open during the nighttime hours. The speed limit in this area will be reduced to 45 miles per hour during construction.
