On May 15, after a lengthy investigation led by Frankfort Police Detective Joshua Danner, 40- year-old, Brandon Sloan of Frankfort was arrested in Boone County, IN with the assistance of the
. FPD Officers, Detectives and our Crime Scene Investigator, simultaneously then served a search warrant in the 400 block of N Crescent Court.
Brandon Sloan was transported back to Frankfort and booked into the Clinton County Jail on 3 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography; Level 5 Felony. Official charges will be filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office after review of this case.
The cyber tip was transferred by Internet Crimes Against Children. ICAC is our state and federal task force. They investigate child exploitation, sex trafficking, and child solicitation.
