Indiana's average gas price is down nine-cents a gallon to three-dollars-three-cents. Triple-A says that's 25-cents lower than last month and 43-cents lower than last year. Fort Wayne has the state's lowest price at two-dollars-93-cents, and the highest average is three-22 in the Michigan City-La Porte area.
