Currently 4 historic buildings in the downtown are undergoing significant renovations and 5 buildings are slated for improvements and redevelopment with the help of Federal and/or Local programs. The buildings at 114 S Meridian (Allstate & Rejoice), 104 E Washington (Lebanon Public Library), 115 W North St, (Discover Boone County) and 109 W Main St (Oaks on Main) all have visible construction projects in the works from facade restorations including new doors and windows to remolding of the interior to support new programs and businesses.
