On May 7, the Boone County Child Abuse and Sexual Exploitation Task Force received and reviewed a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where Boone County investigators identified Bruce Campbell of Greencastle as the user of an X account, formerly known as Twitter, that featured a file that was shared depicting a minor child engaged in sexual activity with an adult, authorities report. On May 10, Campbell was arrested and charged with child exploitation, Level 4 Felony, in the Putnam County Circuit Court, authorities report.
