Frankfort Police Make Arrest

Large police presence Tuesday in the 600 Block of west Armstrong Street Frankfort resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Alfredo Javier Guajardo Jr. of Frankfort. Investigations by Frankfort Police Officers over the last two days has resulted in charges filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office:

Strangulation Level 6 Felony

Criminal Confinement Level 6 Felony

Domestic Battery Misdemeanor

Unlawful use of 911 Service Misdemeanor
