On June 24, 2023, at approximately 2:30 AM, the Frankfort Police Department responded to a robbery at 505 N Jackson St. Upon arrival officers found the victim a clerk had been pepper sprayed and several items from the store had been stolen. Detectives were notified and responded to the scene. After reviewing the store surveillance video, the suspects were identified and FPD made two arrests. The offenders are juveniles so formal charges have been referred to the Juvenile Probation Department. One of the juveniles had committed another robbery on June 20, 2023, at the same location. They have been arrested for that offense as well. The victim in this case will make full recovery from their injuries.
