The City of Frankfort, Indiana is requesting proposals from qualified candidates who would like to participate in a paid project to create a mural at Prairie Creek Park, located at 260 East Washington Street, Frankfort, IN 46041. The project consists of one (1) large mural on the side of the creek where the concert wall is under the Prairie Creek Park Splash Pad. The theme for the mural must represent some aspect of art, music, or reading. However, proposals with a Gem City theme are encouraged.
Proposals may be submitted in person to the Community Development Office located at Old Stoney - City Hall no later than 4:00pm, July 10, 2024.
