Frankfort Mayor Judy Sheets proclaimed December 25, as Mary Isabel Ransopher’s Day in honor of her 112th Birthday. Governor Holcomb sent a letter to Wesley Manor and it was presented to Mary.
Santa stopped by with a special birthday & Christmas gift. Mary is the oldest living Hoosier in Indiana and has resided at Wesley Manor since 1994.
