On August 24, members of the Frankfort Police command staff and narcotics unit arrested 39-year-old, Jerry Montalvo Jr., on a Clinton County felony warrant for violation of probation on prior charges for burglary and serious violent felon in possession of a firearm. New charges will be requested for possession of methamphetamine and a syringe. Other people at the location could be arrested at a later time. The arrest occurred in the 1000 Block of Short Fourth Street.
Members of the Frankfort Police K-9 unit and command staff arrested 23-year-old, Hannah Eubank of Frankfort, on a Clinton County felony warrant for fraud and money laundering. These charges stem from an investigation of a complaint filed to FPD on behalf of a Clinton House resident on May 26, 2023. The allegations accused Eubank of compromising a resident's bank account and transferring funds. This investigation was conducted over the course of two months with more charges imminent.
The arrest occurred in the 1500 Block of east Wabash Street.
