Dispose Of American Flag With Help From Clinton County

Need to retire a United States flag? Not sure how to do it properly? Clinton County Government has partnered with the National Association of Counties to collect and respectfully retire worn and tattered flags. You can drop them off in a receptacle in the lobby of the Clinton County Courthouse.
