The Lebanon Police Department is pleased to announce that Detective Austin McCloskey has been recognized as a 2024 Traffic Safety All-Pro by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI). Detective McCloskey, alongside officers from various Indiana Law Enforcement Agencies, was honored at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on September 19th.
This award highlights Detective McCloskey's exceptional dedication, contributing to approximately 3,000 impaired driving arrests statewide in 2023. His outstanding efforts in OWI enforcement have earned him this recognition for three consecutive years.
Detective McCloskey was nominated for this award by LPD’s Traffic Safety Coordinator, Officer Aaron Carlson.
