Dennis Ray Coffman, 80, of Thorntown, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born April 1, 1944, in Thorntown, a son of the late Lon and Helen (Herms) Coffman. Dennis worked as a machinist and retired from Stalcop in Thorntown. He enjoyed fishing, as well as collecting coins and guns. Dennis also loved cars and riding his golf cart around town. Survivors include his son, Steven Coffman of Thorntown; daughters, Kimberly Coffman of Thorntown and Teri Coffman of California; brother, Gerald (Linda) Coffman of Thorntown; sister, Doris (Larry) Leslie of Thorntown; grandchildren, Dani (Zach) Bubolz, Ashton Ford, Jacob Ford, Kylie Coffman, and Paisley Dick; and great grandson, Kane Bubolz. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie, Arthur, and Fred Coffman. Final care of Dennis has been entrusted to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
