The defense team for Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen says it believes the Indiana State Police have reopened their investigation. They say investigators will be looking into the theory that Abby Williams and Libby German were killed in a ritualistic sacrifice. The defense team says they have received several audio files of interviews by troopers in August with people who claim to be members of an ancient Nordic religious cult of Odinism. Allen's attorneys say he is innocent because of the crime scene evidence.
