The Indiana Department of Transportation announces daytime flagging operations on State Road 39 in Frankfort. Beginning on or after Tuesday, Sept. 3, crews will begin work to add ADA ramps and other ADA improvements through town. There will be a flagging operation from Kelly Road throughout town and headed northwest on SR 39. Several intersections will require flagging at different times and There will be several shoulder closures throughout the stretch of roadway as well.
