Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle crash that occurred Monday in Colfax. 
According to Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Clinton County dispatch received a 911 call around 5:44 p.m. March 4 in the 300 block of North Meridian Street. Officials arrived on scene to find 59-year-old Timothy Valenta of Colfax, unresponsive inside an ORV. Valenta was pronounced dead. Official also treated two passengers who sustained minor injuries. No helmets were in use at the time of the accident. Indiana Department of Natural Resources report the investigation is ongoing.
