Clinton County Presents SHARP

Clinton County’s SHARP program is now accepting applications to access grant funding for housing repairs. The program provides assistance to senior and disabled homeowners on a fixed income in addressing deferred maintenance and accessibility needs for their homes. SHARP has helped qualifying households with everything from general upkeep like roofs and windows, heating and air conditioning and septic systems to modifications like handrails, walk-in showers, and wheelchair lifts.
