City Dedicates Time Capsule

On the one-year anniversary of the 2024 Total Eclipse, join the City of Lebanon as they dedicate the City of Lebanon time capsule, and relive the memory of a truly once-in-a-lifetime event.

They will have some light refreshments and a short ceremony as part of the festivities. Extra eclipse banners and signs will be available for purchase, with all proceeds going to benefit the library.
