Boone County Prosecutors are pushing ahead with reckless homicide charges against the truck driver blamed for the deadly wreck on I-65 near Whitestown. The Indiana State Police say the driver, 34-year-old Matthew Small from Grandville, Michigan, told them he looked down to set his coffee mug down, then ran into slower traffic. Troopers say he smashed into eight cars yesterday. Three people in one of those cars died. More than a dozen other people were in the crash. The investigation is on-going.
