Chad Moudy

Mr. Chad Moudy, 26, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on June 6, 1993, in Boone County, Indiana, a son of Tammy L. (Keever) Lester and Brian A. Moudy. He attended Lebanon High School and was a long-time resident of Boone County. Chad was employed as a manager at a variety of places such as Bob Evans, Popeyes, and Burger King. He loved his family very much and will be dearly missed. Survivors: Mother: Tammy (Nathan R.) Moudy of Frankfort, Indiana Three Sisters: Tosha Moudy of Lebanon, Indiana Shelly Lester of Crawfordsville, Indiana Ashley (Eric) Boyer of Lebanon, Indiana Uncle: David Keever of Crawfordsville Private Family Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon, Indiana. Friends and extended family are invited to view Chad’s service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, on the Myers Mortuary Facebook page. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
