Lebanon Community School Corporation (LCSC) announces the addition of Kobe Burtron to the LCSC School Board, succeeding past board member Tiffany Jones. The school board unanimously approved Burtron's appointment as the Perry Township Representative, filling the vacancy created by Jones' resignation after relocating outside the LCSC school district boundaries. Burtron, a lifelong resident of Lebanon and proud alumni of Lebanon Community Schools, brings a deep commitment to the well-being and success of the community and its educational institutions. Kobe Burtron was born and raised in Lebanon. He attended Lebanon Community Schools throughout his K-12 education and graduated from Lebanon High School in 2018. Pursuing higher education at Purdue University, Burtron earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2022. Following his graduation, he joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access Associate in Indianapolis, where he currently works.
