(Washington, DC) -- Indiana Congressman Jim Baird is seeking another term in the U.S. House next year. There had been rumors swirling that he was considering retiring after first being elected in 2018 and taking office in January 2019. Baird represents Indiana's 4th Congressional District in the west central part of the state.
