Marilyn K. Hester, 83, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026, at Hoosier Village Retirement Community. Born on February 5, 1943, Marilyn was the daughter of Russell and Anna Ruth Daugherty, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Harold Daugherty, and her sister, Diana. On May 5, 1962, Marilyn married the love of her life, James A. Hester, in Lafayette, Indiana. Together, they built a life centered on faith, family, friendship, and service.
