Patsy Marlene Bland, 80, of Lebanon, Indiana passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis. She was born on October 24, 1945, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Russell G. and Mabel L. (Red) Lewis. On July 31, 1965, she was united in marriage to Jack Sims Bland in Lebanon; he survives.
