Sheila Marie Haney, 74, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026, surrounded by family. She was born on December 12, 1951, and was the daughter of the late James and Evelyn (Wethington) Nicley. Survivors include her daughters, Rose (companion, Tony Greene) Parke and Jennifer Swinehart; grandchildren, Paul (Kelsey) Carr, III, Michael (Krystal) Swinehart II, Lucas and Ethan Parke; great grandchildren, Jackson and Presley Carr; and siblings, Nicole (David) McKinney and Ron Nicley.

David Allen Ewigleben, 63, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born on July 6, 1963, in Gary, Indiana, a son of the late Dale C. and Carol A. The results are in for the 6th Annual You Are Not alone 5K. The race was held on Saturday morning. This year they had 468 people register (record high) and raised $35,000! 23 teams walked in honor of or in memory of or to celebrate a loved one. TA TA to Cancer Crew was the largest team with 36 members! All of the funds raised will help support the work of the Boone County Cancer Society.
